I am getting married next year, when should I
place my order for my Wedding Cake Topper?
We recommend that you place the order for your unique personalised Wedding Cake Topper as soon as possible to avoid disappointment. We understand that you will not have all the detailed information at the time of placing the order, but your slot will be booked and we will contact you at a time nearer to the Wedding Day.
When will I receive my cake topper?
Because every piece is carefully designed and hand made for you, please allow at least 15 days to dispatch. You should receive your unique gift, keepsake or personalised cake topper within 20 days after completing your order.
Can you do civil partnership cake toppers
of the same gender?
Yes, every cake topper is made according to your needs and will be handmade exactly how you want it. We can easily handmade a cake topper with two brides or a cake topper with two grooms.
I have placed my order, what happens now?
Once your order is placed and full payment received you will have to provide us with a full description of how you want your gift, keepsake or cake topper. We will then create your model and send you a picture before we harden it to make sure that you are happy with it, this is the last opportunity to make small modifications. You should then receive it within 3-5 working days (for UK).
Can I give this to my young children?
No, these models are not designed as toys. Although the models are durable, they are formed by small parts that can detach if submitted to continuous excessive handling, this could cause a choking risk to small children. We do not recommend the use of these models as toys.
Are these figurines soft and deformable?
No, they are made from synthetic clay which hardens with heat. All the models are oven-hardened previous to shipping so the model you receive will be final and should not deform.
Can I use my model as a Cake Topper?
Yes, the material we use to create the models conforms to ASTM D 4236 and bears the new AP (Approved Product) Seal of the Art & Creative Materials Institute, Inc. (ACMI). For more information please log onto the ACMI website http://www.acminet.org/
Are these cake toppers edible?
No, all the models are made with polymer clay and are not edible. In contrast with other sugar based cake toppers, these cake toppers are very durable allowing you to be able to keep them and treasure them all your life and they will not deteriorate as sugar based ones.
Could you do a graduation gift for my daughter?
Yes, every piece is handcrafted individually for you and to your own specifications, so the only limit is your imagination (and my skills, but I am always up for a challenge).
